What happens after you text
You'll get one confirmation message: "Permitify Resident Assistant: You're set to receive text replies from your property management team. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Then your question is answered by the property management team or by Permitify's automated assistant working on the team's behalf. Anything the assistant can't answer from your property manager's own documents goes to a person.
What you can ask about
Trash pickup day, utility setup, how to submit a maintenance request, HOA rules, and what your lease or resident handbook says. We never send marketing or promotional messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one final confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP, contact your property management office, or email support@permitify.com for help.
