Program description
The Permitify Resident Assistant is operated by Permitify, Inc. It is a two-way text messaging service that property management companies use to answer residents' and clients' questions about their home and tenancy, such as trash pickup day, utility setup, how to submit a maintenance request, and what the lease or resident handbook says. Replies come from the property management team and from Permitify's automated assistant acting on the team's behalf. Messages are conversational customer care. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting HELLO, or any message, to (385) 766-1831, the number published on our Text Us page together with this disclosure: "By texting HELLO, or any message, to (385) 766-1831, you agree to receive conversational text messages from Permitify, Inc on behalf of your property management company. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or service." You will receive one confirmation message, after which replies to your questions follow. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by conversation. You will receive replies to the messages you send and occasional follow-ups from the property management team related to your request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Permitify does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply according to your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have opted out. To start again, reply START.

Reply HELP to any message for help, contact your property management office, or email support@permitify.com.
Supported carriers
Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used only for this program and are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
